It was suggested that we submit questions to council via this site.
There is no guarantee that they will answer directly, but they may ask administration to add topics of concern to the meeting agenda’s.
After all, they represent all of us ratepayers.

I understand that the Mayor and at least one councillor are attending an event in Banff on October 29th and…
What is the event as I have not seen it in any minutes?
I find it interesting that a major symposium is scheduled so close to the AUMA convention, which several councillors will be attending also.
Information received by a councillor is that it is a Calgary regional partnership meeting.
Should be lots of reports to the public afterwards on what they learned!

Is that the same Calgary Regional Partnership that we’ve been trying to get into for years now? Cool that we’ve been invited, maybe this is a sign of something good to come?
I’m glad in this day of everyone working fulltime that there were a few people who could take two days out to attend this meeting to respresent Irricana… good on them!
